The Ashanti regional Chairman for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Bernard Antwi-Boasiako, was seen kneeling before Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II during an event to commission the Nana Agyemang Prempeh I International Airport in Kumasi.
The King was captured in hearty mood with Bernard Antwi-Boasiako popularly known as Chairman Wontumi on the dais.
On Friday, May 10, President Akufo-Addo commissioned the Nana Agyemang Prempeh I International Airport in Kumasi.
He was accompanied by dignitaries including the Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, and Transport Minister, Kwaku Ofori Asiamah.
The airport has been named after the 13th Ashanti King, Sir Osei Agyemang Prempeh I.
