The Minister of Communications and Digitalisation, Ursula Owusu-Ekuful says Ghana will soon establish bilateral ECOWAS roaming service with Togo, Benin, and the Gambia. This follows Ghana's successful implementation of a similar pact with Côte d'Ivoire in 2023.
