The Assin Fosu Divisional Crime officer DSP Daniel Kwabena Darkoh confirming to Yaw Boagyan on Thursday, April 15th said, the accused was arraigned before Cape coast Circuit court 1, presided over Her Honour Dorinda Smith Arthur.
