Renowned lawyer Maurice Ampaw is claiming Captain Smart has serious mental problem mixed with bipolar.
The seasoned lawyer jabbed the Onua TV presenter on his show which airs on Wontumi TV every Sunday between the hours of 8-10pm.
According to him recent comments by Captain Smart shows “that guy I don’t even want to glorify him on my platform. He has a problem- mental problem. That guy has mental problem. I think the bipolar is also part….i can see the bipolar in him.”
