The Pharmacy Council of Ghana made a surprise move today, shutting down RX MART Pharmacy in Kumasi, one of the city’s pharmacies within Moshei Zongo community. The council’s enforcement team, accompanied by security personnel, stormed the premises, citing serious violation of laid down regulatory provision(s).

The team arrived at the pharmacy around 11am, and after thorough inspection, ordered the staff to shut down operations immediately.
