Biden Didn’t Kill A President Before Elected As President, Stop The Comparison- Chief Tells JM
Etwienana Baffour Oteatuoso Kokoben II, Akwanserehene of Akyem Kwabeng has lashed at the former President, John Dramani for comparing himself to US President-Elect and his boastful talk that he is ready to work with him.
“The circumstances under which his predecessor, President Professor Atta Mills died have generated a lot of controversy yet he is comparing himself with somebody with such an unblemished record in his political life.” He slammed the former President;
Nana Oteatuoso was reacting to John Mahama’s congratulatory message to the US President elect, Joe Biden in which he said that “ he looks forward to working with him.”
Contributing to a panel discussion on Wontumi Radio/TV on Monday, Nana Oteatuoso said that,” when the NDC flagbearer gets the opportunity to speak to the public he doesn’t say anything of substance that could encourage Ghanaians to consider his ambition to occupy the highest position of the land.
“How can he win the election? It is clear that anywhere he goes to campaign the people show clear signs that they are fed up with him.” Nana Oteatuoso asked.
Nana Oteatuoso made a passionate appeal to Ghanaians to vote massively for Nana Akufo-Addo in order for him to continue the good works.
“It’s left with 28 days to go for the elections.. Nana Akufo-Addo is number one on the ballot paper. We should vote ‘bum bum’ for him.” He said.
Meanwhile, the Akyem Kwaben Akwanserehene has commended the President, Nana Akufo-Addo, for the way and manner he has managed the COVID-19 pandemic which has become a hallmark of his achievements.
He insisted that, the President needs to be commended because considering the situation on the world stage” Ghana has been able to manage the situation better.”.
