The difference between Vice President Bawumia and Prof. Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang is that the former attracts genuine fans when he visits a place unlike the latter who gets fake fans, the Ashanti Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party, has posited.
Mr. Bernard Antwi-Boasiako in an interview on the Wontumi Morning Show which was monitored by Wontumionline.com stated that the campaign team of Prof. Opoku-Agyemang, pay NDC supporters to follow her around and charge the atmosphere when she is on tour.
But Chairman Wontumi was quick to add that the strategy adopted by the running mate to former President John Mahama, was gradually losing steam and that people were no longer showing her genuine love like Vice President Bawumia, has been consistently enjoying.
“What is the essence of Naana Opoku-Agyemang’s visit to Ashanti region? she buses people around and even reminds them that she has given them money so they should intensify the noise around her. The people also tell her they are tired and won’t even vote for her”, Chairman Wontumi disclosed.
