Bantama, Kurofurom NPP Supporters Jubilate Over Nana Addo’s “victory”
Scores of youth last night took over some principal streets in Kumasi notably in Bantama and Kurofurom to jubilate over what they termed ,“Nana Addo’s victory celebration in the 2020 election.”
The jubilant crowd including under aged children matched t one end of the road to the other as they waved NPP’s miniature flags chanting victory songs and danced.
Our reporters who visited the scene of the demonstration said there were no rowdy scenes except that their procession impeded traffic flow in a way.
Meanwhile, most parts of Kumasi were quiet last night amidst anxiety over the outcome of the elections. Obviously most residents missed Jane Mensah’s midnight press conference to hear of her assurances to declare the election results the latest by the close of day today,
