B.S.A.C Quarter Finals Showdown: Three Schools Fall as Seven Advance to Semifinals

The quarter finals of the Perfect Star Media and Perfect Grade Publications and Stationery Basic Schools Assessment Competition have wrapped up at the GNAT hall at Amakom, Kumasi.

Competing fiercely, contestants from ten schools showcased their readiness, mirroring the intensity of the earlier round of 16.

Mamprobi Salvation Army Basic School from Accra emerged as the standout leader in this stage, securing the top spot.

Unfortunately, three schools—Konadu Educational Complex, Osabarima Educational Complex, and Global Academy were eliminated, while seven schools earned their place in the semifinals scheduled for October 3, 2024.

Despite their exit, the eliminated schools received consolation prizes, including Perfect Series textbooks and exercise books.

Here are the results, as announced by Assessment team member Mr. Martin Opoku:

Mamprobi Salvation Basic School – 263 points

Unique Educational Complex – 257 points

Bosomtwe STEM Academy – 239 points

Reverence Preparatory School – 238ontessor

Eldia Montessori School – 236 points

Legacy International School – 234 points

Queen Namies Montessori School – 219 points

Konadu Educational Complex – 210 points

Osabarima Educational Complex – 187 points

Global Academy – 139 points
Teachers from the advancing schools expressed gratitude for their success, with many affirming their commitment to continued hard work.

“We are feeling great! With the help of Perfect Series textbooks, we prepared our learners very well. The competition is tough, but we’re determined to keep pushing,” said the teachers from Mamprobi Salvation Basic School.

Some of the learners expressed their determination not to be complacent; instead, they plan to work diligently to achieve high scores in the semifinals.

Others shared their excitement about advancing to the next stage, stating that they will not relax but will continue to study intensively in pursuit of the ultimate prizes.
