Atta Mills Memorial Launch Was ‘Rubbish’, ‘Senseless’- Atubiga Chides NDC
Founder and Leader of National Liberation Council (NLC), Stephen Atubiga has described the John Evans Atta Mills Memorial launch by John Mahama and NDC leaders as ‘rubbish’ and ‘senseless’.
According to Stephen Atubiga, it is one of the useless and unwarranted activities to be performed by the current crop of NDC members.
Appearing on Wontumi Radio Morning Show on Thursday, he indicated that, he is startled the late President’s aide, Koku Anyidoho and his family were not invited to the event.
“So are there leaders in the NDC that are aware Koku Anyidoho has taken charge of the Atta Mills heritage till date? And what stopped them from inviting him? Stephen Atubiga quizzed.
The former NDC member fumed that, nobody among the NDC leaders who participated in the event qualified to celebrate Atta Mills than Koku Anyidoho and his family.
“Nobody can tell Atta Mills story than Koku and the family,” he said.
He stressed that Atta Mills just gave John Mahama an opportunity to be his running mate.
Stephen Atubiga urged John Mahama to take a sober reflection of where the NDC youth are taking him to.
