The Ashanti Regional Youth Constituency Organisers paid a courtesy visit on Effiduase/Asokore Member of Parliament(MP) Dr Nana Ayew Afriyie praising him for his commitment and support for Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia’s campaign.
The group led by the Ashanti Regional Youth Organiser, Mr Martin Ayew paid the visit to introduce themselves to the MP as newly elected executives for the party in the region and also to present a citation of appreciation to him for his tremendous financial support, commitment and dedication to the campaign of Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.
They also announced their decision to honour the law maker by making him their patron, an honour he gladly accepted.
Dr. Afriyie as part of his continued support for the youth in the party donated a sum of GH¢ 100,000 as seed capital towards the Youth Organiser’s health welfare initiative.
He further encouraged them to work tirelessly in their respective Constituencies and see the strengthening of the party’s grassroots as a priority to ensure Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia becomes President in 2028.
He also talked about a collaborative effort in ensuring unity in the party saying only unity, commitment and hardwork will help the party in its 2028 fortunes.
