The Ashanti regional Chairman for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Mr. Bernard Antwi-Boasiako, has said the region will be rewarding Bawumia in the party’s upcoming super delegates’ conference for the great things he has done for them.
He listed the Boankra Inland Port and Kumasi International airport as projects the sitting vice President has been championing on behalf of Ashanti region.
The NPP Chairman popularly known as Chairman Wontumi stated on the Wontumi Morning Show that the Suame interchange project is also a project which vice President Bawumia has been charging his government to construct in Ashanti region.
“I met the MPs and we have seen the good things that the vice President has done for us. Bawumia spoke for us”, Chairman Wontumi said as he pointed to the candidate they will be voting for.
The NPP’s super delegates’ conference as confirmed by Chairman Wontumi will be held at KNUST.
“It is going to be breaking the 8 elections that we are going to partake in”, Chairman Wontumi said.
