Asanteman Made Our Victory Possible- Francis Adomako
The Ashanti Regional Organiser of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Mr Francis Adomako has commended the people of Ashanti Region for stepping out to vote in last week’s general election.
Their decision to come out to vote, he noted got victory for the NPP at the polls.
He noted that even though the NPP lost two seats they held away before the polls in the parliamentary election, it was content that their votes pushed the NPP to win majority in Parliament and to retain the Presidency.
Speaking to the Ghanaian Observer newspaper Tuesday morning, Mr Adomako commended the chiefs and people for their loyalty.
ASSURANCES:
The regional organiser assured the region and its residents that the NPP would also reciprocate their kind gesture at the polls.
This, he noted would mean to channel more development projects into the region.
He noted that even though the NPP sees Ghana as one constituency or a united country, the party would show its appreciation to Ashanti for standing behind them in the 2020 general election as well as in previous election years.
The region, he stressed was a big one and deserved every development project that would make it a modern society.
COMMENDATION:
Mr Adomako commended party faithful as well as identifiable groups within the party for their hard work.
He noted that but for their vigorous and visible campaigns many would have stayed away from participating in the recent election.
The party members as well as the wings and executives played their individual roles well in ensuring victory was won, Mr Adomako posited.
He thanked the National Campaign team as well as the regional, constituency and polling station campaign teams for prosecuting a lively project that has ensured victory for the party to govern Ghana for 4 more additional years.
