American fitness influencer and internet sensation, Ashton Hall, has arrived in Ghana as part of a two-week tour of the African continent.

Hall, who went viral in the spring of 2025 with his extreme morning routine, featuring pre-4 am wake-ups, workouts, swims, and famously soaking his face in cold water, has since built a massive following of 38.1 million across Instagram and TikTok.

He recently announced his tour to several African countries with a viral ad.

According to videos gone viral on social media, Hall was spotted at the Accra International Airport, attempting traditional Ghanaian dance moves alongside local traditional dancers who welcomed him, giving onlookers and fans an entertaining spectacle.

The visit is part of a broader two-week African tour, and Ghana appears to have made an immediate impression on the fitness star.

Hall’s stop in Ghana adds to a growing list of high-profile international personalities and content creators choosing the country as a destination, further cementing Ghana’s appeal as a cultural and tourist hub on the continent.

The former furniture mover and Alcorn State running back has parlayed his viral fame into a $10 million earnings profile, ranking #41 on the Forbes influencer earnings list, with his online diet and fitness courses starting at $3,300 annually.
