Before giving a ruling that divided and caused the majority members of Parliamentarians to walkout from the chamber, Speaker Alban Bagbin said a word of prayer.
In a video available to Wontumionline which was also shown on Wontumi TV, Speaker Alban Bagbin was heard calling on God to look with favor on Ghana.
He also prayed for divine guidance for President Akufo-Addo, MPs and ministers of state.
He prayed to God to grant Ghana, vision and make it a country where all success shall be founded on service.
