The Ashanti regional Communication Director for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Dr. Kwesi Kyei, has blasted Joshua Akamba for plotting to throw ‘missiles’ at President Akufo-Addo.
The National Organiser for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) was caught on Zoom meeting charging his party members to attack the President of Ghana and paint a gloomy picture about the country.
He was also heard encouraging NDC members to cook and publish false stories about the government of President Akufo-Addo to drive away investors from doing business in Ghana.
“So when your missiles start coming up and identifying it or writing to BBC and writing to our people in UK and making stories and making people to understand that the NPP are thieves and they are destroying this country- they won’t change [sic].”
But reacting to the NDC’s agenda, Dr. Kwesi Kyei stated on Wontumi TV that he believes Joshua Akamba talks “foolishly” because he abuses “tramol”.
“He has taken tramol. He is a mental patient because if you are in your right frame of mind, you won’t make such comment”, the NPP chief communicator said.
He pointed out that Ghanaians are gradually getting to know that it is “their (NDC) stock in trade to cook malicious messages against people they don’t support.”
Dr. Kwesi Kyei ended by noting that though the NDC plots to drive away investors, he doesn’t believe people who want to come to Ghana to invest are “daft” to listen and believe Joshua Akamba.
