Accra: 222 Aspirants Vetted for 29 MMDCE Positions
About 222 Metropolitan, Municipal and District Chief Executive (MMDCEs) have gone through a successful vetting processes in the Greater Accra Region.
The vetting process which took place at the Alisa Hotel, lasted for 4 days and was organised in a peaceful atmosphere.
All the aspirants exhibited in sense of maturity, and there was no confrontation from the beginning to the end.
In an interview with some aspirants, they expressed their satisfaction about the vetting processes which they indicated was in the right direction.
They were all optimistic to be appointed by the President to represent him but, the responsibility as to who qualify is with the President and only time will tell.
