The Member of Parliament for North Tongu, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa has been accused of not reasoning in Parliament but good at promoting propaganda messages by the Bono regional Chairman for the New Patroitic Party.
Kwame Baffoe alias Abronye blasted the NDC legislator for being part of the cabal that spread false news about the Akufo-Addo led government anything there is something good being carried out for Ghanaians.
According to him, if President Akufo-Addo would spend GHC2 million on air travel and bring over $100 million to the country to create jobs, then there is no need to listen to the gibberish talks from Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa.
The Ranking Member of the Foreign Affairs Committee, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa has filed an urgent question in Parliament demanding that the government explains why President Akufo-Addo did not use the presidential aircraft for a recent trip to France.
According to the North Tongu Member of Parliament (MP), “It is an outrage and a blatant betrayal for Ghana to own a presidential aircraft in perfect working condition” and charter aircraft for Presidential travel.
Speaking on the Nsempa Fie show, Abronye recalled that a similar thing happened when the Agyapa deal was announced to Ghanaians.
According to him, Okudzeto Ablakwa and his colleagues ganged up government and falsely accused it of theft.
He continued that North Tongu MP picked on Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta but failed to produce evidence that Agyapa was for his personal gain.
“They (NDC) always bring propaganda to the table anytime there is a good thing President Akufo-Addo brings to Ghanaians. It happened with Agyapa royalties, they knew that if the deal succeeds, Ghanaians would make enough money and clinching power, would be difficult for them so they falsely blamed Ken Ofori-Atta”, Abronye said.
