Thomas Kusi Boafo, the Chief Executive Officer for Public Sector Reforms, has slammed the flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Dramani Mahama for his lack of faith in digitalization, technology, ICT, robotics, and AI.
Boafo emphasized that leaders who disregard these innovative tools are essentially ineffective and empty.
This criticism comes amidst Dr Bawumia’s growing digital landscape, embracing digitalization as crucial tool for Ghana’s progress.
He said, post COVID economy needs effective leaders leverage technology to enhance productivity, foster innovation, and drive competitiveness.
“The nature of the economy we’ll get in the next future is digitalisation, technology that will drive the world, everyone who doesn’t speak about technology, ICT, Digitalisation, robotics, AI and fouth industrial revolution is not a candidate to be trusted, he’s empty and that’s why John Mahama is running from the debate”
Mr Boafo highlights the significance of adaptability in leadership “As technology continues to evolve, leaders must stay abreast of emerging trends to make informed decisions that is why Bawumia is unique and different from Mahama”
