NHIA Releases GHS170, 775,035 To Healthcare Providers Across The Country

The Government of Ghana through the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA) has yesterday 30th of April 2024, released an amount of One Hundred and Seventy Million, Seven Hundred and Seventy Five Thousand and Thirty Five Cedis, Seven Pesewas (GHS170, 775,035.07) to mixed tiers of healthcare providers across the country. This payment covers predominantly claims of January and February 2024 for lower tier facilities who form the majority of healthcare providers and up to November 2023 for upper tier facilities and healthcare providers.
