2021 Budget Full Of Hope- NPP Asokwa Constituency Treasurer
The Asokwa Constituency Treasurer for the New Patriotic Party ( NPP), Paul Kwabena Yandoh has described the 2021 budget which was presented by the caretaker Finance Minister, Hon Osei Kyei-Mensah Bonsu as a budget full of hope.
According to him, the budget clearly indicates that the NPP has a vision to drive the country to a path of prosperity.
Speaking on the Kumasi-based Wontumi Radio/TV Morning Show, Kwabena Yandoh affirmed that, it has always been his prayer that, Ghanaians will continue to exercise their franchise for the ruling party to develop Ghana massively.
“From the 2017 budget to date, you could clearly notice that, NPP is the only party that has a signature on Ghana’s development.” He told Oheneba Nana Asiedu, host of the show.
The Asokwa Constituency Treasurer stated that, the Agricultural Sector under the regime of former President John Mahama retrogressed bitterly. “But through the good policies of Nana Akufo-Addo and the Agriculture Minister, Hon Akoto Owusu Afriyie, the sector has grown by 7.8%”
Kwabena Yandoh hinted that, government is making frantic effort this year to improve about 91 hectares of cocoa in the cocoa growing areas.
“The agric-sector has become attractive to Ghanaians especially the youth,” he said.
He added that, the Agric-sector has also created employment for the Ghanaian youth.
