President of the Republic, John Dramani Mahama has re affirmed his commitment to providing jobs for Ghanaian youths.
Delivering the State of Nation’s Address (SONA) in Parliament on Thursday, he stated that unemployment poses a threat to the nation’s security, noting an urgent call for action.
Emphasizing on resetting Ghana agenda, he revealed that the ministry of Youth and Employment would introduce a youth development scheme to support the “okada” transport business.
He also mentioned that persons with disabilities(PWDs) will be enrolled at Tertiary institutions for free.
