The blood of Ahmed Hussein-Suale is still calling for justice and Kennedy Agyapong has himself to blame following his incessant threats and dares that led to the assassination of the young journalist, lawyer Maurice Ampaw has stressed.
Lawyer Maurice Ampaw is of the view that Kennedy Agyapong does not hold a good record in the country following his threats and dares that led to the death of the investigative journalist at Madina.
Speaking in an angry tone, the celebrated lawyer stated that “Kennedy Agyapong listen to me you are joking…you are the number one coward in this world after daring people, you can’t do ‘foko’. Ken you can’t do ‘foko’. You see, my problem with Ken is that his record in this country is not good at all. Somebody should call Ken and his supporters to listen to me because it was this same daring thing that he did which led to the assassination of Ahmed Suale. This kind of behaviour you have started again by threatening Chairman Wontumi, this Ahmed Suale threats won’t help the party. If you want to leave the party, go.”
Aside lawyer Ampaw, the family of Ahmed Suale, has taken a dig at Kennedy Agyapong, by insisting that Agyapong’s comments about Suale on his television show directly led to his death.
Ahmed Suale, 31, an investigative journalist, worked with Tiger Eye PI, the investigative firm established by Anas Aremeyaw Anas, known for its use of undercover journalistic methods to expose corruption and other ills in society.
His murder in Accra in January 2019, sent shock waves across the media landscape and scared many journalists, who openly expressed fear for their lives.
