Lawyer Maurice Ampaw is calling on the people of Asante Akyem North to vote out their Member of Parliament for his constant targeting of Mr. Ken Ofori-Atta which is affecting the image of the New Patriotic Party.
In Lawyer Ampaw’s view, the least opportunity Hon. Andy Appiah-Kubi gets, he tries to ruin the reputation of Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta.
Speaking on Wontumi TV which was monitored by Wontumionline.com, Lawyer Ampaw warned the MP for Asante Akyem North to be mindful of his actions and labeled him as someone who doesn’t “love” the NPP.
He wondered the agenda behind Hon. Appiah-Kubi’s decision to raise the issue of e-levy shortly after Mr. Ken Ofori-Atta had managed to exonerate himself before an ad-hoc committee setup by Parliament following a motion of censure.
Prior to this, Hon. Andy Appiah-Kubi had led a group of 80- plus MPPs to call on President Akufo-Addo to replace Finance Minister, Ken Ofori-Atta and the Minister of State at the Finance Ministry, Charles Adu Boahen.
