You Are Suffering From Retrogressive Amnesia –Solomon Kusi Appiah Tells John Mahama (VIDEO)

A communicator of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Solomon Kusi Appiah, has stated that President Mahama is suffering from reverting loss of memory.

He said after President John Mahama spoke on the economy at the Think Progress Ghana Launch at Gimpa in Accra on Thursday, 30th June, 2022.

He made allegations on how the current government has mismanaged the economy bringing hardship to the people of Ghana.

Speaking on the issue on Movement In The Morning Political Show, Kusi Appiah said, ”the economy grew at 8% until Covid-19 set in. Ghana would have been a safer economic haven if not the outbreak of Covid-19. Former President as an opposition leader should have offered tangible solution. Ghanaians should not give John Dramani Mahama the chance to even speak to him. When you were in power you had the guts to insult Ghanaians and now you want to be given another chance to rule the country?”.

He went on to say that ,‘’you once told Ghanaians they cannot criticize you, and now you go about spreading lies for your personal benefit. Ghanaians don’t need your sympathy-they have come of age”.

‘’What benefit did you derive from going to the International Monitory Fund (IMF)  and you now tell the NPP to go to IMF? If you don’t have anything to say, sit back and allow those who can do the job to work”, he added.

He indicated that today Foreign investors are now trooping into the country because Ghana is a country for investment.

”Mahama is only suffering from retrogressive amnesia –has he forgotten all he said to Ghanaians while in power? President Akufo- Addo has rendered his political party useless. During the 8 years of NDC’s tenure they built two interchanges but in a period of  5 years Nana Addo has constructed 11 interchanges – 6 are ready and in usage. Talk about the free SHS policy, 1 district 1 factory and the many other projects.

He added that Ghanaians will continue to have hope in the Nana-Addo led administration.
