Comedian SDK Dele has explained the reason why he took a swipe at Ghanaian rapper M.anifest when he was trying to gain fame.
Sadio Sulley known well as SDK Dele is a great comic, comedian, and skit maker. He has been featured in all types of music, mostly Ghanaian which allows him to explore different aspects of life perfectly.
SDK comedy skits become popular immediately after he jumped into the entertainment industry space. His videos made waves due to the involvement of his parents.
The increased views on the videos of SDK and his parent caused the comedian to drag rapper M.anifest for no reason in 2020 in a tweet.
In SDK’s tweet dated March 31st, 2020, he wrote, “My mom and dad have more streams more than M.anifest”.
His tweet did not sit well with netizens as many dragged him. He however came back to do damage control with his tweet. He said, “Hey guys ebe play we dey play oh. We all know Manifest is the King of rap…”
Speaking in an interview with Delay, he gave reasons for his unprovoked tweet about the rapper. According to him, his “youthful” exuberance led him into spewing such remarks.
“It was just a banter thing. I was new in the game. When you are new, you speak anyhow”, he told Delay.
