The posture of the Member of Parliament for Assin Central is troubling and one that is disturbing President Akufo-Addo, private legal practitioner Maurice Ampaw has pointed out.
Lawyer Ampaw claims that the modus operandi of Hon. Kennedy Agyapong eversince he disclosed his intentions to contest for the flagbearership position in the New Patriotic Party (NPP), is worrying when compared to the two frontrunners vice President Bawumia and Mr. Alan Kyeremanten.
“Look at Alan and Bawumia, they are working but Kennedy is disturbing President Akufo-Addo”, he simply put.
Speaking on Wontumi TV last Sunday which was monitored by Wontumionline.com, the seasoned lawyer entreated Hon. Kennedy to go and study basic law before openly threatening to shut down a political party like the NPP with his secrets.
“Go and learn some little law…whatever secret you have come and say it. You are just loud…he is a populist”, lawyer Ampaw said as he pooh-pooh the threat by the Assin Central legislator.
“Who dare you? You dare not; you cannot. NPP party is a public entity and it is not for you. It is not owned by one person”, he swore.
