Defeat is currently starring in the face of former President John Mahama even before the 2024 elections is commenced, Mr. Bernard Anwti-Boasiako aka Chairman Wontumi has emphatically said.
The Ashanti regional Chairman for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in an interview on the Wontumi Morning Show which was monitored by Wontumionline.com, stated that his party would help the National Democratic Congress (NDC) elect Mr. Mahama as their flagbearer for the 2024 elections.
“We will help the NDC bring Mahama because he is not a serious person in life”, Chairman Wontumi said.
“Elections are not about emotions, it is about reality and what you can do. When he (Mahama) had the opportunity he gave us ‘dumsor’. What has happened to Atiku would happen to Mahama”.
“He thought he had contested Buhari and placed second so he was popular…so he decided to give it another shot but the political calculation is not like that”, Chairman said as he stressed on the impending defeat of Mr. John Mahama.
