Radio and television broadcaster, Oheneba Nana Asiedu, has encouraged members of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) to speak out if certain actions of the Inspector General of Police (IGP) Akuffo Dampare can threaten their continuous stay in power.
From research conducted by the host of the Wontumi Morning Show, service men and women aligned to the NPP within the police are currently not happy with government.
Oheneba revealed that he is unhappy about the way government officials are being too careful with the way they are addressing the leaked audio tape linked to the IGP.
Despite being a former advocate of Dampare, Oheneba stated advised government to “stop letting the tape scare you and making you a bit careful about commenting about the actions and inactions of Dampare.”
