(VOICE) E-Levy: We Need Development, Govt Can’t Continue To Borrow- Chairman Tooma
Bono East Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Thomas Adu- Appiah has affirmed that the E-levy should be accepted to accelerate Ghana’s development.
Chairman Adu- Appiah said the acceptance of the E-Levy will help the government to stop borrowing for development.
Speaking on Wontumi TV Morning Show on Wednesday, he revealed that there has been an amendment on the E-levy and will later be tabled at Parliament.
The Bono East Regional Chairman admitted that the NPP is having challenges with its communication system “but all is on its cost”.
According to him, Ghanaians have started comprehending the E-levy and if it’s accepted they will witness its impact.
