Deputy General Secretary for the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP), Lawyer Nana Obiri Boahen has divulged that John Mahama cautioned the NDC MPs to do whatever within their jurisdiction to reject the E-levy.
According to Lawyer Obiri Boahen, John Mahama threatened to sideline any NDC MP who will let the rejection of the E-levy bounce in the 2024 elections.
The Deputy General Secretary of the NPP spoke on Wontumi TV Morning Show on Wednesday, 6th April 2022.
He said the E-levy passage has destabilized the NDC.
The Private Legal Practitioner added that it has made NDC shift from discussing their affairs.
