As part of efforts to reduce the rising rate of unemployment in the country, the YEA in line with the YEA Act 2015 (Act 877), oversees the development, coordination, supervision and facilitation of employment for the youth and related matters in Ghana, and partnership with Ghana Police Service and Ghana Health Service is recruiting personnel.
The General Public is hereby informed that from today, 19th, September 2022 the YEA has opened its recruitment portal for two major modules: Community Health Work Programme, and Community Protection Assistants.
The Monitoring and Evaluation Secretary for the YEA, Osei Yaw Akoto announced this on the Privilege Morning Show on Wontumi TV hosted by Oheneba Nana Asiedu.
Osei Yaw Akoto disclosed that applicants can visit the website https://www.yea.gov.gh/ and apply
He cautioned that recruitment is free and that applicants should not pay money to middlemen.
