A Political Science Lecturer at the University of Education, Winneba, Dr Isaac Brako says it’s good news for Kennedy Agyapong to say that if he occupies the biggest office in the country he will not take his salary.
Dr Brako quickly asked: Will Ghanaians believe the Assin North MP’s statement?
Appearing on Wontumi TV Morning Show on Wednesday, he said some Presidential candidates make honey promises to capture power but fail to fulfil them.
Dr Brako indicated that some people when appointed as government appointees, become rich within a twinkle of an eye.
He ascertained that the government appointees become rich than the public servant who has served for a longer period.
Due to this, the Political Science Lecturer stated that there is no ‘sikaduro’ in Ghana than being a government appointee.
