The Ashanti Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party(NPP), Bernard Antwi-Boasiako aka Wontumi has admitted that the Regional election was not easy.
Chairman Wontumi lamented that almost ‘everybody’ was against him.
Showing appreciation to delegates, NPP supporters and his fans on Wontumi TV Morning Show, he said some people peddled falsehoods against him but decided to remain silent and leave everything to God.
“People peddled falsehood against me but there was no way I could respond so therefore I left everything to God.”
He commended the polling station and the constituency executives for the fantastic work they did when TESCON was prevented from voting.
