Dr. Nana Ato Arthur, Head of Local Government Service has lamented over the declining of Ghanaian football clubs in the African competitions.
In an interview on Wontumi Radio and TV, he said that it’s a big blow for Kumasi Asante Kotoko to lose at home to an Algerian side, E.S. Setif.
According to him, the Porcupines can also deafeat E.S. Setif at Algeria.
