A Private Legal Practioner, Adomako Baafi has described the Special Prosecutor, Kissi Agyabeng as incompetent and irresponsible.
Lawyer Adomako Baafi said there are some corruption scandals like double salaries, former President Mahama’s Airbus scandal which need to be addressed but Kissi Agyabeng has shifted his attention to superfluous issues.
“Astute Lawyer like Kissi Agyabeng was disgraced when he took the Achimota Forest issue to court and is he not incompetent?” he asked on Wontumi TV Morning Show.
According to him, the Special Prosecutor has employed two known NDC members as his deputies.
Touching on the Labianca saga, the former Communication Director of the NPP said, “there is no issue. He has created it. It’s fictitious narration.”
Lawyer Adomako Baafi said Kissi Agyabeng travelled to the States when he recovered the tax evasion money from Labianca .
He fumed that, the Special Prosecutor hasn’t spent five months since he was appointed but had spent four months in the States.
