Video: Jean Mensah’s Testimony Cannot Ruin NPP’s Case- Legal Practitioner
A Private Legal Practitioner, Lawyer John Darko has said that, if Jean Mensah is subpoenaed to testify at the Supreme Court it cannot ruin the case of the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
He said that, per the law Jean Mensah cannot be forced to testify, “and that’s what the Judges said.”
