VIDEO: IMF Is Not Monster, Ghana’s Current Stats Demands Help- Senior Economic Lecturer

A Senior Economic Lecturer at the University of Cape Coast, Dr George Tweneboah has said that the current state of the country demands an International Monetary Fund (IMF) bail out.

According to Dr George Tweneboah, he was not surprised to hear Ghana is going to the IMF for help.

Speaking on Wontumi TV Morning Show on Monday, he explained that the IMF is not a monster.

The Senior Economic Lecturer said if the government explains the IMF to the populace, the bad perception some people have will backpedal.

He indicated that the government should have engaged the IMF when it started implementing policies.
