(VIDEO) Wontumi Multimedia Gen. Manager Donates To Ashan Children’s Home On His Birthday
The General Manager of Wontumi Multimedia, Kofi Adjei, has donated assorted consumable items to Ashan Children’s home at Denasi to mark his birthday.
The items donated by Mr Adjei affectionately called “Away Bus” comprised a consignment of foodstuffs and detergents.
Speaking in an interview, the Wontumi Boss who showed great appreciation to God for adding another year to his age said he felt the urgent need to think of the needy because on the occasion of his birthday “no form of celebration would have satisfied his soul than to think of the needy by way of contributing his widow’s mite to put a smile on their faces.
Mr Adjei opinionated that it’s by God’s favour that he had risen to become the manager of a reputable media house like Wontumi.
“It’s my first time celebrating my birthday in such a grand manner with orphans and it also to thank God for His abundant mercies which have brought me this far.”
“The bible says blessed are the merciful for they shall obtain mercy.” He used the Biblical quote to translate his joy.
Away Bus made a profound statement that so long as he remains the head of Administration of Wontumi Multimedia, “the station would continue to be a force to reckon with among its competitors in the Region and even beyond.
“I’ll continue to pray to God to continue to grant me the requisite strength, knowledge and wisdom to effectively manage Wontumi Multi-Media and with a clear focus to position Wontumi firmly ahead of its competitors,” he further wished.
The supervisor for Ashan children’s home, Mr William Asirifi Tenkorang on behalf of the children lauded Away Bus for the kind gesture.
He asked God to replenish what the Wontumi General Manager has forfeited for the sake of the children of the Home.
Mr Asirifi Tenkorang urged other members of society especially, the well to do and generally, public-spirited persons to emulate Away Bus’ kind gesture
