(VIDEO) Ejuramanhene Opens Door To Investors…Calls On Indigenes And Foreigners To Take Advantage
Nana Osei Barima Hwedie, the Omanhene of Ejura Traditional Council in the Ashanti region has advised individuals living and working outside their country of citizenship to invest back home.
He also rallied them to consciously make properties in same including their home towns and villages.
Nana Osei Barima also called on foreign and local investors to take advantage of the open door policy at Ejura and commence development projects to change the face of the community.
Speaking to the media ahead of some scheduled tour of Europe for investment, the Paramount Chief said, ‘it was important for expatriates or Ghanaians living outside the country to invest more at home.
ADMONITION:
The Chief said such investment would help them to avoid unnecessary spending.
Nana Osei Barima also noted that such conscious investments always yields benefit to individuals in their future life when their strengths go down.
According to him, a pieces of land are reserved for those expatriates to make projects and properties at Ejura to bring glory to Ejura Traditional Area.
“ I welcome and open doors for people living abroad to make investments home other than investing at different places”, stated
ACHIEVEMENTS;
Nana Osei Barima Hwidie also recalled some monumental achievements in Ejura since his enstoolment.
These include the construction of a wall around the Ejura Government Hospital that was suffering encroachment as well as the construction of a six bedroom facility to house the medical director and staff of the hospital.
The Chief also noted the construction of seven bedroom semi-detached facility to house officers and men of the Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS) posted to Ejura.
“The aim of my administration is to cause the development of Ejura including the harnessing of both human capital as well as resources from within and outside the country to undertake same”, Nana Barima Osei stated papassionately.
