(VIDEO) ECG Attributes Power Cuts In Kumasi To Recent Rainfall
The Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has blamed the current blackouts in some parts of Kumasi to rainfall.
According to the ECG, the rainfall has caused many electrical poles to crumble.
The General Manager of the ECG’s Public Affairs Directorate, Erasmus Kyere Baidoo disclosed to Nana Konadu Abu Prah on Wontumi TV Morning Show.
Erasmus Kyere Baidoo said the system is stable when it doesn’t rain.
He affirmed the company is working tirelessly to resolve the challenges.
