VIDEO: Blame COVID-19, Russia- Ukraine War For Ghana’s Economy Crisis, Not Akufo- Addo- Sticka
Member of Parliament for Nhyiaeso Constituency, Hon. Stephen Amoah says Akufo- Addo cannot be blamed for the economic crisis.
According to Sticka as he is fondly called, the COVID-19 and the Russia- Ukraine war have had a great impact on the economy.
Speaking on Wontumi TV Morning Show, he said Ghana’s economy was one of the best in the world before the outbreak of the COVID-19 and Russia-Ukraine war.
The former MASLOC CEO stressed that Ghana’s economic strength lies in some countries and if they encounter challenges it encompasses Ghana.
He said the parameters the government has put in place for the economic recovery are stronger than that of previous governments.
Hon. Stephen Amoah admitted there is hardship in the country but was quick to say the criticisms by some Ghanaians are lies and propaganda.
