For the first time in the history of Maabang, a suburb of Tepa in the Ashanti Region, the residents are happy with a tarred road under the auspices of President Akufo-Addo.
To this end, the residents have shown their heartfelt appreciation to President Akufo-Addo for the honour.
They showed their appreciation through the National Coordinator for the Monitoring and Evaluation Secretariat at the office of the President when she toured the area to inspect ongoing government projects.
The residents encouraged Akufo-Addo to continue to accomplish good works.
Meanwhile, the residents were quick to plead with Akufo-Addo to fix the remaining deplorable roads.
