UTAG To Suspend Strike Action Today
The Deputy Public Relations Officer for the Education Ministry, Yaw Opoku Mensah has expressed high hope that the University Teachers Association (UTAG) will call off the strike action after the meeting with the Education Ministry today.
Yaw Opoku Mensah said there has been a smooth conversation between the Ministry and UTAG.
Speaking on Wontumi TV Morning Show, he stressed that both parties will smoke peace pipe after the meeting today.
Yaw Opoku Mensah urged the UTAG to repose faith in the government.
He indicated that the government is doing well to prove all the logistics the teachers need.
