Trust Wontumi To Deliver Just As He Risked His Job, Family And Life In 2016- Daniel Teiko

A member of the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) communications team, Daniel Teiko, has thrown his weight behind Chairman Wontumi as the party’s next National Chairman.

According to Teiko, Chairman Wontumi’s impressive track record as Regional Chairman makes him the ideal candidate to lead the party’s national team.

“Chairman Wontumi will be a national chairman who will frequently be seen at the grassroots level, engaging with party members and understanding their concerns,” Teiko said.

This, he noted, is a testament to Wontumi’s commitment to building a strong party structure from the ground up.

Teiko highlighted Chairman Wontumi’s exceptional leadership skills, citing his ability to inspire confidence and assurance among party members. He recalled Wontumi’s tenure as Regional Chairman, where he demonstrated unwavering dedication to the party’s cause. “Once he sets his eyes on something, until he gets it, he doesn’t back off,” Teiko added.

The NPP communications team member also praised Wontumi’s pivotal role in the party’s 2016 electoral victory, where he risked his job, family, and personal liberty to help the party win power. Teiko emphasized that Wontumi’s leadership skills and ability to mobilize party executives make him the best person to lead the party forward.

In a veiled attack on the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Teiko accused them of deceiving Ghanaians to gain power, saying “the NDC lied for power and it’s playing in their face now.” He expressed confidence that under Chairman Wontumi’s leadership, the NPP will continue to thrive and maintain its strong grassroots support.
