There Will Be Mess In Wassa Amenfi East If Hon. Helena Ama Appiah Is Reappointed As MCE – Concern Citizens
A group believed to be concern youth of Amenfi East in the Western Region have appealed to the President of the Republic, Nana Akufo Addo not to re-appoint Hon. Helena Ama Appiah as the Muncipal Chief Executive for the area.
The spokesperson for the concern youth of Amenfi East, Mr. Akwasi Oduro elaborated that, immediately the incumbent MCE assumed office, she assigned high duties like school feeding slots and community mining site for herself and her family.
He said, majority of the residents in the District are dissatisfied with her performance and her relationship with the people.
Mr. Oduro further said, “Hon. Ama Appiah’s incompetent leadership has created a lot of wholes leaving a lot of mess in the municipality.”
“Hon Ama Appiah contributed largely to the unprecedented loss of the NPP in the just ended 2020 elections at the constituency,” he revealed.
