The MP for Ahafo Ano South West, Elvis Mensah Dapaah, has strongly criticized President John Mahama’s State of the Nation address, describing it as a failure to acknowledge the true state of the nation.
The MP pointed out that the president did not address the recent revocation of appointments of Ghanaian workers, nor did he condemn the vandalism perpetrated by NDC thugs against state institutions, individual properties, and other organizations during and after the elections.
He suggest that the president’s address was incomplete and failed to tackle critical issues affecting the nation.
He expressed dissatisfaction with the president’s address accusing him of peddling propaganda in his own “State of the Nation Address”
He said the president couldn’t differentiate between a manifesto and the state of the Nation
