A communication team member for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Nana Mprah is worried about the future of Ghana in the hands of the National Democratic Congress (NDC).
According to him, the ruling opposition party has lost its relevance and is using dubious means to stay pertinent. His statement comes after NDC’s propaganda over the Achimota forest saga, and the circulation of late Sir John’s will.
An alleged ‘will’’ of the former, making waves on social media, indicates that, the former General Secretary of the NPP and the Chief Executive Officer for Forestry Commission, late Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie, who was popularly known as Sir John, owned part of the Achimota Forest, some NDC party members took to social media posting false allegations about President Akufo-Addo, vice-President Bawumia and his wife also owing part of the forest.
He stated, “The achimota forest saga started under President Mahama’s administration and I expect him to come out with ideas on how to solve the issue rather than allowing his boys peddle falsehood”
He further added that the Nana Addo led government is the only administration, doing everything possible to improve the socio-economic status of Ghanaians.
‘’Everything clearly shows that the NDC’s do not have a future for Ghanaians, they are only good at lying to Ghanaians’’, he detailed.
He went on to say that, “The One district one factory agenda is geared towards helping the country consumes what it produces to reduce importation and increase the countries revenue”.
‘’Talk is cheap, show working’’, he barked at them.
