Tema Youth Hire Top Legal Brain And Former Alfred Woyome Lawyer Osafo-Buabeng In CAS Suit Against Ghana FA

Tema Youth have hired renowned international lawyer Osafo Kwaku Buabeng in their legal battle with the Ghana Football Association at the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).

Buabeng, who is the lead counsel for Oseawuo Chambers and Co together with his top-notch partners will be spearheading the promotion suit against the FA.

Youth and its bankroller Wilfred Osei Kwaku “Palmer” dragged the Ghana Football Association to the global tribunal for the second time.

The Swiss-based organisation responded to Tema Youth on Monday,  three days after receiving the petition from the pained second-tier side.

The ambitious Tema-based side are determined to ensure the “right thing” is done amid claim of being handed a raw deal by the Ghana FA.

Dr Ayine is a senior barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana with 27 years of professional experience.

He has active practice and extensive experience and won numerous landmark cases on  administrative law, constitutional law, maritime law, commercial law, criminal law, land law, company law and civil procedure that have been reported in all the official law reports in Ghana.

The protection and indemnity legal correspondent was the lead lawyer for former embattled politician Alfred Agbesi Woyome and the famous 51 million judgments debt scandal.

Osafo Buabeng  was appointed by CMA-CGM France to advise them on the legal ramifications on Ghanaian consignees who had cargo on board the distressed vessel “Le Barelli” which got sank in Asian waters.

He has attended several seminars organized by the Lloyds Maritime Academy on Ship Arrest, Laytime & Demurrage, Marine Cargo Claims, Bills of Lading Masterclass, General Average and Collision and has represented the interest of several Protection and Indemnity (P&I)Clubs including the North of England, West of England, Swedish Club, China P. &I., A.Bilborough, Thomas Miller, Charles Taylor.
