Former Communications Director of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Yaw Adomako Baafi, has alleged that the Inspector General of Police (IGP), Dr. George Akuffo Dampare's directive to keep security personnel unarmed at polling stations during the just ended general elections was a deliberate strategy employed by the National Democratic Congress (NDC) to win the election.
